Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Mi Pueblo Panadería. By using this website or placing an online order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to order.

Online orders and pickup

Online orders are for pickup at our bakery at 5779 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH 43229. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart; we confirm the order by email and by preparing it.

We bake fresh and in limited quantities. If an item sells out or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any amount already charged for that item.

Prices, taxes, and fees

Prices are shown on the site and may change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax and any disclosed handling fee are added before you pay and shown on your receipt.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. By paying, you authorize us, through Square, to charge your card for the total shown at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows

If you need to cancel or change an order, call us as soon as possible. Because items are made fresh to order, we may not be able to cancel once baking has started. Refunds for our errors or for items we cannot fulfill are issued to your original payment method through Square.

Custom cakes and catering

Custom cake and catering requests submitted through the site are requests for a quote, not confirmed orders. We will contact you to confirm details, price, timing, and any deposit before the order is final.

Allergens and product information

Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen or of cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering. Product photos are for illustration and actual items may vary.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or access it in an unauthorized way.

Our content

The name Mi Pueblo Panadería, our logo, text, and photos on this site are our property or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
